Zip code leading zeros not shown due to numbers not formatted as zip codes.
Cause:
This problem occurs because the numbers have not been formatted as zip codes.
Solution:
Format the numbers as zip codes.
1) Select the cells containing the numbers to format.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Cells...'. (The Format Cells dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Number' tab.
4) Select 'Special' from the 'Category' list box.
5) Select 'Zip Code' or 'Zip Code + 4' from the 'Type' list box.
